Kokoro is the Japanese word for heart — and at Kokoro Sushi in Boca Raton, that's not a tagline. It's how Su and her husband run the place, every single day.
Exceptional service, me, and my boyfriend have become regulars at this spot. The owner and all the workers are very attentive and even remember our order LOL. The food is amazing, this is the only place we go for sushi. The restaurant is super cutely decorated!! This spot is in our weekly rotation LOVE it so so much!
The owners are so nice and they have soba with tempura, a lot of Japanese restaurants don’t carry this set so I’m so happy to have it here. Very lovely atmosphere, I will be back!
When I say hidden gem, I really mean it. Tucked away in an unassuming corner of a typical strip mall in Delray is Kokoro Sushi, the best, freshest sushi rolls we've found after living nearby in Boca Raton for the past 2 years. And we've tried all the well known local spots. They have a signature roll called the Salmon Basil roll that is incredible! The Hot Mama and Eel Cucumber rolls are amazing too if you need help deciding. If you haven't tried out Kokoro yet, make it your next sushi date spot
